Snohomish County offers opportunities to NAIOP members.  If your business is looking for large parcels of commercial/industrial land, Arlington, Marysville, the Port of Everett and the Tulalip Tribes can meet your needs. If your interest is urban, Bothell, Lynnwood and Mountlake Terrace have major redevelopment plans which will significantly change and upgrade their city environments.  Cities on the Highway 2 corridor, from Snohomish to Sultan, are looking for companies interested in the small town setting while Everett is attracting cultural and social amenities for an urban lifestyle in Snohomish County. 

Snohomish County and its cities are developing permit-friendly reputations.  Goodrich Corporation complimented the County on expedited permitting that allowed a 140,000 SF building to be constructed in nine months.  Korry Electronics, which signed a lease in March for 200,000 SF of new construction, will begin site work in mid July.
