The Regional Small Business Development Program Presents:
SMALL BUSINESS TRAINING
Assisting small business owners and their employees to develop the knowledge, skills and capabilities necessary to successfully compete for government contracts. Targeting construction contractors, suppliers, consultants, and service providers.Training is free to firms active in the Small Business Development Program (SBDP).
Training areas include the following:
• Contracting
• Management
• Financial
• Marketing
• Human Resources
Firms not active in the program will pay a fee of $35 unless otherwise listed.
In Seattle: September 9, 2008 from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.
In Everett: September 11, 2008 from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.
The EDC's October Networking Event will be held on October 17, 2008.
Join us for an evening of delicious food (catered by Celebrations Catering Service), Live Musical Entertainment, and Networking Opportunities! Deborah Knutson, EDC President, will also give a brief Economic Update. The Everett Yacht Club is a beautiful venue, with spacious decks to enjoy the crisp fall air or take in the water views and twinkling lights. Inside, you'll meet new faces, greet old ones, enjoy live jazz music while enjoying fabulous food! The event will be held on Friday, October 17, 2008 at the Everett Yacht Club from 5:30-8:30pm. Registration is $40.00.
