Bothell medical device maker Cardiac Science sees growth
Cardiac Science Corp. of Bothell said its first-quarter revenue totaled $49 million, 17 percent over the same period last year. Sales of the company's automated heart defibrillators alone grew by 27 percent from the year-ago period. That helped the company achieve net income of $2.1 million, or 9 cents per share in the quarter, compared with a net loss of $200,000 a year ago.
