His first task will be to work with everyone involved to determine what the new organization will look like and put together a new vision and the tenets for how the organization will operate. Troy will also work on developing measures by which success will be defined; with job creation certainly being among them.
John Monroe

As a retired Boeing executive John has offered his services as an advisor to the EDC focused on the aerospace industry and assisting us in implementing a strategy related to the Boeing 787 program. John also serves on the EDC board of directors, Aerospace Futures Alliance of Washington and served as the EDC's Interim President.
Matt Smith

Matt is responsible for managing our retention, expansion, and recruitment projects. He works with business prospects to sell them on the advantages of a Snohomish County location and consults with existing county businesses to identify and resolve issues that hinder their growth. Matt brings to the EDC eight years of experience as a Project Manager with the Washington State economic development program and twelve years as a business development director in the engineering and construction industry. He has a breadth of experience in the built environment, from the initial planning efforts through facility operations, and understands the public/private environment in which the EDC operates.
John Doolittle

John's responsibilities include developing, maintaining and reporting information. He also assists in responding to business location inquiries, maintains the web site and conducts GIS analysis. John has more than 25 years of planning and market research experience in transportation, real estate, media and environmental services. His particular emphasis is on research, analysis and organization of resources.
Tina Stryker

Tina Stryker is responsible for Operations, Marketing, Events, Community and Investor Relations. Tina offers direct support to the EDC’s President, Investors, Executive Committee & Board Members. In addition, she manages the EDC’s office & organizational needs. Tina has over 22 years of experience in Office Administration, Marketing and Business Development, and is a graduate of the University of Washington.
Ryan Crowther

Ryan Crowther is the liaison between the EDC and its publics. He creates, implements, and oversees communications programs that effectively describe, promote, and represent the organization and its members. Ryan is in charge of creating and building lasting media relationships for the EDC and its constituents. Combined with writing, media consulting, event planning and design work he ensures a continued branding and image for the EDC.

Anadelia Torres

Anadelia is responsible for the various accounting aspects of the EDC and the federal programs housed there. She has over seven years experience in public accounting and federal and state taxation. She is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Business and received her CPA license in 1995.

Lily is the Project Director for the Small Business Transportation Resource Center, Northwest Region (SBTRC) that consists of 5 States, Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington. The SBTRC is a Department of Transportation funded program that assists disadvantaged businesses in becoming not only prepared but able to compete on DoT funded contracts at all levels. This is done by direct client counseling, outreach, education, financial assistance programs and dissemination of information.

Kylene Binder

Kylene Binder is a member of the Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) team, where she counsels new and potential clients on various aspects of government contracting and finds contracting opportunities for clients. The program provides specialized and professional assistance to businesses seeking to learn about and obtain contracting and subcontracting opportunities within U.S. federal, state and local government agencies.
